Field Operations Manager - Corona, CA

Role Overview

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage safety meetings, toolbox talks, vehicle and equipment inspections, field audits, and required POWRA completion.
• Directly manage Field Supervisors, Inspectors, Technicians, Site Managers, and Site Supervisors.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints using the Voice of Customer process.
• Coordinate sold service work with Planning and Project Management.
• Ensure work in progress is scheduled or tentatively scheduled on the planning board.
• Manage productivity, gross margin, and branch profitability.
• Maintain company equipment and assets in safe, compliant working condition.

Experience and Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a manager in a customer service operations role, or equivalent experience, education, and training.
• Previous experience managing a customer-facing field service business is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong people skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Good written, verbal, and PC skills.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be willing to travel, including overnight trips.
