The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, increase brand visibility, and support sales performance.
  • The ideal candidate will lead field marketing campaigns, manage regional events and partner initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, regional business priorities, and revenue growth targets
  • Plan, manage, and optimize regional marketing campaigns including events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, roadshows, product launches, partner marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, demand generation, channel partners, customer success, business development, and executive leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Develop localized marketing plans, account based marketing (ABM) initiatives, customer advocacy programs, and partner enablement campaigns tailored to regional markets
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including marketing qualified leads (MQLs), event ROI, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, campaign engagement, partner generated revenue, conversion rates, and marketing return on investment (ROI)
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, campaign calendars, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, sponsorships, and event logistics to maximize marketing effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, competitive activity, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and improve business outcomes
  • Create and localize marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, presentations, promotional assets, and digital content to support field teams and customer engagement
  • Support product launches, customer workshops, executive briefings, industry events, and partner initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer relationships
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and business intelligence tools to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Prepare marketing performance reports, regional dashboards, pipeline analyses, event summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop field marketing specialists, regional marketing coordinators, and cross functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Google Ads, HubSpot, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, or related marketing roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing field marketing programs, regional campaigns, or cross functional marketing teams preferred
  • Strong understanding of field marketing, demand generation, event management, account based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, event management platforms, and digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with AI powered marketing technologies, customer data platforms (CDPs), SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing attribution models is advantageous
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, relationship building, and cross functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to execute high impact regional marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments with travel as required
