We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Field Manager to join our team, based at our Addlestone Office and covering London & The South.
This is your opportunity to lead from the front, supervise installations, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As a Field Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every step aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of engineers to meet operational goals.
Recruit, train, and support team members, ensuring they excel in their roles.
Maintain accurate records using SAP and oversee weekly updates.
Conduct regular safety audits, implement best practices, and promote a culture of safety.
Collaborate with the Projects Manager to negotiate costs and manage quotations.
Oversee timely planning for deliveries, materials, and tooling.
Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their point of contact.
