Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in Field/Vendor Expediting within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Marine, or EPC projects.
- Proven experience in LLI expediting, vendor coordination, and manufacturing progress monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of vendor schedules, engineering documents, material procurement, inspections/FAT, and shipment readiness.
- Experience in vendor visits and physical progress verification.
- Ability to identify delays, risks, and coordinate recovery actions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; SAP/ERP and Primavera P6 experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to vendor/manufacturing facilities and project sites as required.
