Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with corporate governance, security, compliance, HSE, quality, and operational requirements.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, job hazard analyses, and continual HSE improvement.
• Plan jobs, prepare tools and equipment, mobilize crews, execute services, and submit accurate documentation.
• Complete service tickets, logs, WPTS data entry, observation cards, and supporting records for invoicing.
• Remain available on a 24-hour call basis for customer requirements.
• Test, operate, maintain, and install complex tools and equipment in the field.
• Monitor operational data and perform engineering calculations and analyses to optimize client services.
• Manage well-site inventory and coordinate with repair and maintenance teams on equipment failures.
• Lead or participate in equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead and mentor field operations crew members and act as a technical advisor to management.
• Maintain client relationships, deliver superior service quality, and support repeat business opportunities.
• Manage costs, complete training, and support talent management activities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
