Field Engineer Intern - Summer 2027

Purpose: The purpose of the 3G Companies Internship Program is to provide a training and educational opportunity for selected college students.

The overall objective of this program is to develop well-trained individuals to prepare them for their future career as eventual field or project leaders.

In addition to training, the internship program is an effort to retain potential long-term employees whose experience and Core Values match those of 3G Companies.

• Participate and document Safety Walks
• Complete jobsite progress photos and reports
• Document foremen meeting minutes
• Review and learn about 6-week schedule from the superintendent
• Update client of job progress via keeping the information on the Client app up to date
• Assist with RFIs (Request for Information), ASIs (Architects Supplemental Instruction), PRs (Proposal Request), submittals, closeouts and other documentation
