Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites to install and configure hardware and software for Bandora's building energy efficiency solutions
- Perform system diagnostics to ensure reliable operation of HVAC and building management systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands on support
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, partners, and customer stakeholders to resolve problems promptly
- Document field activities and contribute to project planning and execution
- Provide clear feedback from customer sites to help improve products, deployment processes, and services
Requirements
- Strong field service and technical support skills, with experience working at customer sites
- Experience installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, building controls, building management systems, electrical systems, or related technical infrastructure
- Valid certifications, licences, or professional authorisations required in Qatar to work inside electrical panels and to open, inspect, install, commission, or service HVAC equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety procedures and the ability to perform field activities in compliance with applicable local regulations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, technical documentation, equipment manuals, and HVAC schematics
- Experience using standard electrical, mechanical, and HVAC testing tools and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree, diploma, or relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC, building automation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Confidence using digital tools, SaaS platforms, and building management systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple site activities, and travel to customer locations when required
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory

Role Description
- The Field Engineer at Bandora is a full time, on site role based in Doha, focused on supporting the deployment, integration, and performance of Bandora’s building energy efficiency solutions.
- Day to day responsibilities include visiting customer sites, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing system diagnostics to ensure the reliable operation of HVAC and building management systems.
- The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing hands on support, and coordinating with internal teams, contractors, partners, and customer stakeholders to resolve problems promptly.
- The Field Engineer will document field activities, contribute to project planning and execution, and provide clear feedback from customer sites to help improve Bandora’s products, deployment processes, and services.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple site activities, and travel to customer locations when required.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
