Manage day-to-day activities at the lake restoration site.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, authorities, Panchayat representatives, and other stakeholders.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Attend meetings and support management with client and government progress submissions.

Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction, excavation, earthwork, irrigation, lake restoration, infrastructure, or similar field projects.
Experience managing heavy machinery and site manpower.
Good understanding of excavation and earthwork operations.
Strong site coordination, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently at a remote project site.
Willingness to travel and stay at the project location as required.
Good knowledge of Excel and daily reporting.
