Partner with Regional AI Specialists and Home Office subject matter experts to bring emerging topics into practical field conversations and relationship-based follow-up.
Help Regional AI Specialists engage field audiences with relevant use cases, workflow examples, anticipated questions, and follow-up tailored to Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, and Field Leadership.
Assist with pilots, rollouts, office hours, training sessions, and feedback loops for innovative initiatives that require field education, behavior change, or consistent national execution.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $115,000 per year] at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
