About the Role
fci London is hiring a senior Field Business Development Manager to launch the first at-home mitochondrial health test in the UAE. You will own business development across clinics, gyms, and wellness centers.

Responsibilities
- Own UAE wide business development including clinics, pharmacies, gyms, wellness centres, research facilities, personal trainers, and more
- Drive profitable growth and earn 10% commission on gross profit once payment is collected
- Partner with marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure partners are supported and onboarded seamlessly
- Help shape the local growth strategy and mentor future hires as we scale
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in business development with a proven track record in selling premium products or services
- Experience working with clinics, gyms, pharmacies, health professionals, or research centres in the UAE
- Strong UAE network of healthcare decision makers
- Self starter and highly entrepreneurial, able to operate independently
- English (Required)

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, with a proven track record in selling premium products or services across various industries, including healthcare, wellness, fitness, or research sectors.
- Experience includes working with clinics, gyms, pharmacies, health professionals, or research centres in the UAE.
- Has a strong UAE network of healthcare decision makers.
- Thrives in a 100% field based role, building trust and closing deals.
- Is a self starter and highly entrepreneurial, able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Understands that this is not a 9 to 5 job but an opportunity to own your market, your time, and your results.
