- Developing expert knowledge of relevant hardware, software and applications
- Supporting the sales team by scientifically assessing and executing demonstrations at prospective customer sites
- Providing new and existing user training
- Assisting current and future customers in developing workflows using our technology
- Proactively communicate with Product Applications, Sales, Service and Marketing to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Participating in product training and continuing education on new applications to stay on the cutting edge of scientific technology.
- Attending relevant conferences, seminars and tradeshows
- Giving presentations at customer sites or remotely
- Ensuring the company CRM is up to date
• Initial Travel 75%
- 2+ years FAS or customer-facing experience in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Bench experience with a variety of cell culture models (2D and 3D, stem cells etc.) and cell-based assay development
- Confident scientific communicator with strong customer orientation
- Must be able to travel as needed to customer sites for demonstrations, training, and customer support
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Ph.D. highly desired with Immunology focus
- Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with antibody discovery workflows, including antigen-specific B-cell screening, hybridoma development, recombinant antibody expression, and protein production, gained through academic, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical research.
- Next generation sequencing
- Fluorescence imaging and analysis
- Flow cytometry
- Single-cell applications
- Advanced cell biology models (primary, iPSCs, T-cells etc.)
