Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and well-connected Field Application Engineer – Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Kruse The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the electronic industry, including active and passive components, as well as electrical engineering systems. With a proven track record of success and over 10 years of combined sales and management experience, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish connections with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies in the electronic industry.
- Leverage your existing network to cultivate relationships with potential business partners in key markets, focusing on distribution, EMS, and OEMs engaged in electronic systems.
- Drive customer acquisition and secure orders by showcasing your expertise in electronic components and systems.
- Develop forecasts and budgets, and engage in negotiations on pricing and framework conditions.
Qualifications:
- Hold a completed university degree (FH, Uni) in electronics, with a preference for a focus on electrical engineering, or possess an equivalent technical education.
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation and technical acumen.
- Display excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and effective communication abilities.
