About the Role
Tozed Kangwei is hiring a Field Application Engineer to collect customer feedback, conduct product testing, and provide after-sales support including on-site maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities
- Collect and summarize customer feedback on product and technology issues
- Provide timely feedback to the company and track resolution until closure
- Conduct product testing including hardware and software
- Communicate with customers on products and technologies to enhance satisfaction
- Perform after sales tasks including on site maintenance and product installation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in network, communication engineering, or electronic information engineering
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Experience in 4/5G product testing preferred
- Familiarity with communication products (routers/AP/CPE/ONT) preferred
- Experience working with Operators is a plus

Description
- Collect and summarize customers' feedback on product and technology related issues such as requirements, inquiries, complaints etc., and provide timely, correct and complete feedback on the issues to company, track the process of internal resolution and resolution results until the customer confirms
- Responsible for product testing, includes both hardware and software testing and requires timely and accurate feedback to the company on test results.
- Communicate with customers on products and technologies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for after sales, including but not limited to on site maintenance, product installation, etc.
Job requirements
- Majoring in network, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, with bachelor degree or above.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with good emergency response ability for unexpected events.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution and professionalism.
- Energetic and able to handle high intensity work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience in 4/5G product testing, familiarity with CPE remote management(ACS) is preferred.
- Familiarity with communication products (routers/AP/CPE/ONT, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in working with Operators would be a plus.
