The Role

  • As a Luxury Real Estate Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between high net worth clients and Doha’s most prestigious properties.
  • You will manage the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, world class experience for both property owners and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Analyze client requirements, lifestyle needs, and investment goals to curate tailored property portfolios.
  • Elite Property Showings: Conduct bespoke, high impact viewings that showcase the unique architectural and lifestyle benefits of our luxury listings.
  • Advanced Negotiation: Master the art of the deal, facilitating lease and sales agreements that secure optimal value for all stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous documentation standards, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate frameworks.
  • Client Stewardship: Proactively cultivate and sustain long term, professional relationships with landlords, developers, and premium clientele.

What We Are Looking For

  • Expertise: Proven success in real estate, luxury retail, or high end hospitality in Qatar.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire confidence in a diverse, global clientele.
  • Professionalism: A polished, trustworthy demeanor and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for efficient client management.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
  • Local Residency: This position is strictly for candidates currently residing in Qatar.
