About the Role
OME Real Estate is seeking a motivated Turkish-speaking telesales and customer service executive to generate leads, provide customer support, and schedule meetings. The role requires fluency in Turkish and English, and previous experience in telesales or customer service.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce OME Real Estate's services and investment opportunities
- Qualify leads and identify clients' needs before transferring them to the sales team
- Schedule online meetings for Real Estate Agents
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting clients throughout their property journey
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow up
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish (mandatory)
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, call center, or similar role
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage

- We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer focused Turkish Speaking Telesales & Customer Service Executive to generate qualified leads, provide excellent customer support, and connect potential clients with our real estate experts.

- Strong problem solving abilities with a customer first mindset.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Currently based in the UAE is a must.
