- Tele call to potential new to bank customers to sell products using approved scripts
- Answer questions about products, handle objections, and complete sales
- Update customer information in CRM
- Ensure all product features are explained properly and complete sales with no after sales complaints
- Prepare MIS & reports: daily calls status, CRM updates, sales data
- Meet daily call targets and maintain success ratio
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred
- Must be under dependent visa (Spouse or Father)

Position Overview
- Telesales Executive Banking. Compensation: Fixed salary + Incentives. Candidates who can join immediate / Female staffs preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Tele call to potential new to bank customers to sell products using approved scripts.
- Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
- Updating customer information in the CRM.
- Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
- MIS & reports Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.
- Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers, ensure calls target for the day are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience.
- Preferably Graduate.
- Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
- Should be under dependent visa (Spouse or Father).
