- Elevate the offer – encourage upselling of food, beverages, and signature experiences
- Safeguard standards – ensure service, presentation, and safety protocols meet luxury standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury or upscale dining
- Skilled in service rituals, guest engagement, and storytelling
- Calm under pressure, detail oriented, and proactive in problem solving
- Fluent in English

Who you are
- Warm, charismatic, and genuinely passionate about connecting with people
- A natural leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury or upscale dining
- Skilled in service rituals, guest engagement, and storytelling
- Calm under pressure, detail oriented, and proactive in problem solving
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
