Overview
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized **Social Media & CRM Coordinator** to join our car dealership showroom in **Ras Al Khor, Dubai**.
The role is ideal for someone who is active on social media, comfortable using a phone to capture daily content, and able to manage website inventory updates and customer information through CRM.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the showroom’s **website car inventory**
- Upload new cars with photos, details, prices, and availability
- Update sold or reserved vehicles on the website
- Handle and organize leads through the **CRM system**
- Follow up with customer inquiries and update lead status
- Manage daily activity on social media channels
- Capture simple daily videos and photos of cars using a mobile phone
- Assist in creating reels, stories, and showroom content
- Coordinate with the sales team for car details and availability
- Keep social media pages active, updated, and professional
- Support basic content ideas for promotions, new arrivals, and offers
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media, admin, CRM, or digital marketing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
- Comfortable taking photos and videos using a mobile phone
- Good communication and organization skills
- Attention to detail when updating car information
- Ability to work from the showroom in **Ras Al Khor, Dubai**
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
