- Monitor and patrol assigned areas within the shopping mall
- Ensure the safety and security of customers, tenants, visitors, and staff
- Control access to restricted areas and verify identification when required
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
- Conduct regular security inspections and patrols
- Assist shoppers and visitors with directions and general inquiries
- Prepare daily incident and activity reports
- Coordinate with mall management and emergency services when necessary
- Follow all company policies, SIRA regulations, and UAE security procedures
Requirements
- Valid SIRA Security Guard Certificate (Mandatory)
- Previous security experience in shopping malls, retail, commercial buildings, or hospitality is preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Immediate joiners are preferred

Overview
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- We are looking for a professional, vigilant, and customer oriented Female Security Guard to join our team for a shopping mall in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA Certificate and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
