Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, present suitable jewellery, and guide them throughout the sales process
- Maintain strong product knowledge and actively contribute towards individual and showroom sales targets
- Explain and promote company offers, customer programs, campaigns, and other ongoing initiatives
- Register customers for applicable programs, maintain related records, and coordinate with showroom and cashier teams
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels regarding inquiries, payments, offers, and program updates
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience across in store and digital channels
- Participate in basic promotional activities such as jewellery product photos, short videos, product demonstrations, and showroom content
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi
- Previous experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, customer service, or another customer facing role preferred
- Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills
- Comfortable with direct sales, customer follow ups, telephone calls, and WhatsApp communication
- Basic computer and mobile application knowledge
- Valid NOC and eligibility for sponsorship transfer

Job Overview
- We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer friendly female Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team.
- The role mainly involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery, and contributing to showroom sales.
- The selected candidate will also promote company offers, customer programs, and other ongoing initiatives, while maintaining customer relationships and handling related follow ups.

- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels regarding inquiries, pending payments, offers, and program updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience across in store and digital channels.
- Participate in basic promotional activities such as jewellery product photos, short videos, product demonstrations, and showroom content.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high standard of customer service while handling other retail and customer related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, customer service, or another customer facing role is preferred.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
- Comfortable with direct sales, customer follow ups, telephone calls, and WhatsApp communication.
- Willingness to learn jewellery products, company programs, offers, and showroom procedures.
- Basic computer and mobile application knowledge for maintaining customer details, registrations, and follow ups.
- Comfortable participating in simple product photos, videos, reels, or other promotional content.
- Presentable, confident, responsible, and able to work as part of a showroom team.
- Candidates must have a valid NOC and be eligible for sponsorship transfer.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Package: QAR 3,000 per month
- Sales commission based on performance
- Air ticket, paid leave, health card, and end of service benefits as per company policy
- Training and product knowledge support will be provided
