- Monitor daily SIM sales performance and follow up with shop sales staff
- Verify TDRA approvals and prepare required documentation for service provider submissions
- Check discounted bundles activated for existing customers and identify incorrect activations
- Monitor SIM stock levels across all retail outlets and coordinate replenishment
- Review and verify TDRA documentation to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and communicate monthly sales targets to all retail shops
- Collect target information from service providers, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate with Accounts Department
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Coordinate effectively with retail outlets, service providers, and internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or related field
- Fresh graduates encouraged; no prior experience required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
