The Detail Bay is seeking a performance-driven Sales Coordinator to identify leads, build relationships, and close sales for automotive services including PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers including individual vehicle owners, corporate fleets, dealerships, and luxury car owners
- Promote The Detail Bay's services: PPF, Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, Interior & Exterior Detailing
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
- Schedule appointments and vehicle inspections
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or automotive industry sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and target oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Existing network within automotive, luxury, or corporate sectors is a plus

Overview
- As a Female Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships, and closing sales for our automotive services. This is a performance driven role with attractive commission earnings and unlimited income potential.
