Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales, renewal, and KPI targets
- Convert leads, walk ins, and trial members into memberships
- Conduct needs analysis, club tours, and membership presentations
- Follow up on all assigned leads, prospects, and existing members
- Process memberships, renewals, upgrades, and related documentation accurately
- Maintain and update CRM records daily
- Promote memberships, personal training, and club services to maximize revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long term member relationships
- Submit daily sales activity and performance reports
- Comply with company SOPs, sales processes, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus

Membership Consultant – Key Duties & Responsibilities
