Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's accounting, tax, company formation, and business consultancy services
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Create engaging promotional videos and social media content to market services
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads
- Conduct client consultations and explain company services professionally
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions

- Fluent in English and Russian (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Pacific Horizon Consulting LLC is a growing professional consultancy firm specializing in Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, Company Formation, Compliance, and Business Advisory Services across the UAE.
- We are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer focused Female Sales Associate fluent in English and Russian to join our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's accounting, tax, company formation, and business consultancy services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through a target driven and results oriented approach.
- Create engaging promotional videos and social media content to market the company's services across digital platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Conduct client consultations and explain company services professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.

Mandatory Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Fluent in English and Russian (reading, writing, and speaking).
