Job Summary
- The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Handle office inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting arrangements.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Support HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with basic office supplies inventory and procurement.
Pay
- AED 2,300.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
