Job Summary

  • The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Handle office inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Support HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with basic office supplies inventory and procurement.

Pay

  • AED 2,300.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
