- Welcome patients and visitors warmly

- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media inquiries
- Guide patients on consultations, therapies, packages, and procedures
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
- Handle billing, payments, invoices, and daily cash collections
- Maintain reception, waiting area, and patient records
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and treatment reviews
- Assist in promoting clinic services and wellness programs
- Ensure patient confidentiality and professional ethics
- Support administrative and office coordination
