EVcare Auto Service seeks a female customer service receptionist for its garage in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The role involves vehicle inspection, repair order management, customer updates, and payment collection.

Responsibilities
- Receive customers on arrival, conduct full vehicle inspection, take photos to record vehicle condition
- Issue repair work orders, prepare cost estimates, track delivery status of spare parts
- Update customers on repair progress, notify customers upon job completion, hand over vehicles for inspection, collect payments and reconcile accounts
- Register customer files, conduct after service follow ups and send maintenance reminders
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or service advisor is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred (training may be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- We are seeking a professional, customer oriented, and organized Female Customer Service Receptionist to join our automotive garage team.

- Able to distinguish basic vehicle models, understand common repair items, comprehend technicians’ repair jargon, and explain vehicle faults to customers in simple terms.
