About the Role
Little Champions Swimming Academy in Dubai is hiring a Female Reception & Customer Service Supervisor to manage reception duties and supervise customer service on the female side of the facility.

Responsibilities
- Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the reception desk and handle daily administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with coaches, lifeguards, and management regarding customer feedback and operational matters
- Maintain student records, attendance, registrations, and payment information
- Schedule classes and assist with new enrollments
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Supervise the daily operations on the female side and ensure academy policies and customer service standards are maintained
- Prepare daily reports and communicate any operational issues to management
- Assist with other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Female candidate (required for operational requirements within the female section)
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a supervisory role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic) are an advantage
