Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own client book, property sales opportunities across off plan and secondary markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders
- Advise investors on developer launches, market trends, and the right entry points
- Run the full sales cycle: Enquiry → Reservation → Handover
- Represent us at international roadshows and exhibitions
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings
- Negotiate and close property transactions
- Create and front on camera content for social media and brand promotion
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of active Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory)
- Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, French, Mandarin, Arabic, or others) are a strong advantage
- Strong existing network within the Dubai real estate market
- Solid experience in both off plan and secondary market transactions
- Camera confident, polished, and comfortable being the face of a deal

Requirements

- Strong existing network within the Dubai real estate market
- Solid experience in both off plan and secondary market transactions
- A track record of closing, not just generating activity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Camera confident, polished, and comfortable being the face of a deal
- Self motivated, proactive, and target driven
