RG FIT is seeking a passionate Female Pilates Instructor to join their women's branch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading up to 5 Pilates classes daily, assessing members, and building community.

Responsibilities
- Instruct up to 5 Pilates classes daily (mat and/or reformer depending on facility setup)
- Assess members individually and adapt programming to their goals and ability levels
- Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to community culture
- Maintain accurate member progress records
- Collaborate with the coaching team on programming and class design
- Uphold RG FIT's standards of coaching quality, professionalism, and member experience
Requirements
- Certified Pilates instructor (mat and/or reformer) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong communication skills, English required
- Ability to lead multiple classes per day with consistent energy and quality
- Comfortable working in a female only fitness environment
- Willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Compensation
