Responsibilities
- Teaching Reformer Pilates classes according to Prime Pilates standards and methodology
- Guiding clients through safe and effective movements with proper technique and alignment
- Creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere during classes
- Providing modifications and adjustments based on clients’ needs and levels
- Ensuring client safety and maintaining a professional studio environment
- Preparing the Reformer machines and studio space before each class
- Communicating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supporting a high quality client experience from arrival to departure
- Following studio guidelines, class structures, and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Certified and experienced as a Pilates Instructor (Reformer Pilates experience required)
- Passionate about movement, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Friendly and confident when interacting with clients
- Able to teach different levels, from beginners to advanced clients
- Comfortable working in a luxury wellness environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Your Role
