About the Role
We Fit is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join their team in Riyadh. Must have a valid residency in Saudi Arabia and a recognized certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent).

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations
- Design and deliver personalized training programs based on clients’ goals and fitness levels
- Provide safe, effective, and motivating one on one and small group training sessions
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs accordingly
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, injury prevention, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage long term commitment and retention
- Maintain accurate client records and training notes
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe training environment
- Support the achievement of monthly PT sales and revenue targets
- Promote club services, fitness programs, and special events
Requirements
- Valid residency in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh candidates preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR & First Aid certification is an advantage
- Fluent English preferred (Arabic is a plus)
