Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule for projects and collaborations
- Book and coordinate personal and business appointments
- Arrange and set up meetings with suppliers and clients
- Handle company and personal emails professionally
- Assist with kids’ school coordination and related requirements
- Prepare documents, contracts, agreements, presentations, and reports
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure the workspace is neat and organized
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation systematically
- Monitor, purchase, and organize office supplies
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and record keeping
- Assist with HR related tasks when needed, including visa processing, license renewals, and new applications
- Handle workshop, event, and exhibition documentation and paperwork
Requirements
- Female Arabic candidate (must)
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes
- Familiarity with UAE visa and license procedures is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Ability to handle confidential information
