Role Overview
The role handles patient inquiries, promotes clinic services, and converts leads into appointments.
The position combines patient coordination, call center work, and telesales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to promote clinic services and manage client inquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments through communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate call and appointment records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team to support a seamless patient experience.
- Support marketing campaigns and patient engagement initiatives.
- Meet monthly targets while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical telesales or healthcare customer service in a clinic, hospital, or call center.
- At least 1 year of clinic or hospital experience is required.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Levantine Arabic, including Lebanese, Syrian, or Iraqi dialects, is appreciated.
