We are looking for a talented and creative **Female Pastry Chef** to join our small-scale catering team.
If you are passionate about baking, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we would love to have you on board.
About The Role
You will be responsible for high-quality dessert production for a variety of events, ensuring every item meets our standards for taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- **Production:** Prepare a wide range of pastries, including continental and local favorites.
- **Artistry:** Demonstrate expertise in cake decorating and professional fondant work.
- **Quality & Safety:** Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- **Management:** Work independently to manage kitchen inventory and assist in the smooth operation of our catering tasks.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
- **Skills:** Strong technical proficiency in baking and sugar craft.
- **Sponsorship:** Candidates must hold a **transferable visa** and be willing to change sponsorship to the company.
- **Availability:** Must be able to join **immediately**.
- **Reliability:** Highly organized, independent, and capable of working effectively in a small team.
