Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Help patients move safely, including turning, repositioning, and transferring
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration)
- Support nurses and doctors during examinations and procedures
- Prepare and clean medical equipment and patient areas
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing as instructed
- Observe patients for changes in condition and report to nurse in charge
- Record care activities and vital signs accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Ensure proper infection control and hygiene practices
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and provide emotional support to patients and families
- Restock medical supplies, transport patients/equipment, and assist with admission/discharge/transfer processes
Requirements
- Experience in patient care support or nursing assistance
- Ability to assist with daily activities and mobility
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring
- Understanding of infection control and hygiene practices

Patient Care Support
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help patients move safely, including turning, repositioning, and transferring them from beds to wheelchairs.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).
Clinical Assistance
- Support nurses and doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and clean medical equipment and patient areas.
- Collect specimens (urine, stool, sputum) for laboratory testing as instructed.
Observation and Reporting
- Observe patients for any changes in condition and promptly report to the nurse in charge.
- Record care activities and vital signs accurately in patient charts or electronic systems.
Comfort and Safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Ensure proper infection control and hygiene practices are followed.
- Assist in maintaining patient dignity and emotional well being.
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Follow instructions carefully and work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team.
Logistics and Unit Support
- Restock medical supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Transport patients, medical equipment, or specimens between departments when needed.
- Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
Pay
- QAR 3,000.00 QAR 4,000.00 per month.
