Female Marketing Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing content, branding materials, and advertising initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Corporate with projects department to Plan and manage events, exhibitions.
• Plan and manage photoshoots, and promotional activations for the Companies.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Manage the marketing budget in coordination with the Management and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Support business development initiatives through lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
• Represent the Companies professionally in meetings, networking events, and marketing discussions.
• Coordinate and manage brand collaborations, magazine features, media partnerships, and journalist relations to enhance the Companies brand visibility and public presence.

Requirements And Skills

• Proven experience in a Marketing & PR field with minimum 3 years experience in UAE Market.
• Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (corporate events,meetings)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• ERP system skills & MS Office proficiency
• Willing to submit references from previous clients
• BS in Event Management or related field

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• Marketing Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• UAE Market: 3 years (Preferred)
