JD for Female Line Supervisor – Production Quality Control - Assembly Shop

Designation – JE/SE

Ensure Safety of workplace, adherence to safety PPE, standards and rules.

Ensure inspection of vehicles as per standards and prevent outflow of defects

Ensure achievement of Quality targets and KPI

Manpower planning and management

Training of new manpower as per standard

Maintain and improve 5S of workplace

Experience / knowledge of Process audit

Monitoring of defects, analysis and information to responsible departments

Ensure discipline of manpower and adherence to organisation rules.

Conflict resolution and IR issues management

Counselling, mentoring and resolution of issues of manpower

Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 / 45001 (Environment, health and Safety) related standards and ensure the same.

Customer Complaint handling related with Product Quality

Knowledge of carrying defect analysis through PDCA approach.

· To work in shift rotation (A/B).

· To work on line (standing job for 8 hours).

· Willing to work on physical job.

· To supervise, supervised by and work along with male manpower.

· To work in high production areas as per defined timelines and meet the defined targets.

· Communication skills.

· Team player.
