Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family and guests, specializing in international continental cuisine.
• Plan menus based on family preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions.
• Prepare healthy, fresh, and well-balanced meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper kitchen organization at all times.
• Manage kitchen inventory, food storage, and ingredient purchasing when required.
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency in taste.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Coordinate smoothly with household staff and management.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful behavior within the residence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or Private Chef in private homes, hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of international and continental cuisines.
• Ability to prepare customized meals based on dietary preferences.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as per household requirements.
• Culinary certification or relevant hospitality experience is preferred.
