Position Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout a private residence.
The role supervises the housekeeping team while actively participating in daily housekeeping duties.

Housekeeping Operations
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Ensure rooms, living spaces, service areas, and outdoor areas are clean, organized, and maintained.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure the residence is ready for the Principal or guests.
Hands-On Housekeeping
- Participate in cleaning rooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces when necessary.
- Support washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and household linens.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects according to household standards.
Staff Supervision
- Assign daily responsibilities to housekeepers and cleaners according to operational needs.
- Guide and support team members to maintain consistent service standards.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, professionalism, and conduct.
- Report staff concerns or operational issues to the House Manager.
Standards and Specialized Cleaning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and presentation throughout the residence.
- Monitor furniture, décor, fixtures, surfaces, linens, towels, upholstery, and household fabrics.
- Coordinate deep cleaning for marble surfaces, chandeliers, delicate furnishings, and upholstery.
Inventory and Laundry
- Monitor cleaning products, toiletries, linens, and housekeeping supplies and request replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of cleaning materials and maintain organized supply areas.
- Oversee household linen and clothing care, including delicate fabrics and special garments.
- Maintain organized linen storage and rotation.
Maintenance and Guest Preparation
- Identify maintenance issues, report them to the House Manager or maintenance team, and follow up on repairs.
- Maintain basic records of housekeeping activities and supply usage when required.
- Prepare guest rooms and areas before and after family gatherings or private events.
- Coordinate with household staff to support smooth guest preparation and service.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Principal, family members, guests, and household operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, respect for privacy, and cooperative working relationships.
- Perform additional household or support duties reasonably assigned by the House Manager or authorized representative.
