Responsibilities
- Drive expansion of premium school catering division by identifying and building partnerships with international schools in Dubai and Sharjah
- Secure and lead high level meetings with school principals and decision makers
- Nurture and maintain long term relationships with existing partner schools
- Drive catering and events strategy for two F&B concepts
- Spend time on the floor of outlets interacting with guests and building community PR
- Collaborate with Content Creator to feature in social media reels

The Role & What You'll Do
- Drive the expansion of our premium school catering division by identifying and building partnerships with top tier international schools in Dubai and Sharjah.
- Secure and lead high level meetings with school principals, administrators, and decision makers.
- Nurture and maintain exceptional, positive long term relationships with our existing partner schools.
- Drive the catering and events strategy for two unique F&B concepts: an upscale grillhouse concept and a trendy, high volume brunch concept.
- Spend energetic, meaningful time on the floor of our Dubai and Sharjah outlets; interact with guests, build strong community PR.
- Collaborate directly with our Content Creator to feature in and help design engaging social media reels.
Who You Are
- Polished, highly articulate professional with an international outlook.
- Massive eagerness to learn and grow; love the energy of hospitality.
- Flexibility to thrive on a dynamic schedule; not looking for a standard 9 to 5 desk job.
- Strong B2B sales track record, exceptional communication skills, natural charisma, and camera confident personality.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Work Structure & Schedule
- Work directly under Hospitality Director with structured weekly calendar, clear KPIs, and strategic plans.
- Working week: 6 days per week.
- Wednesday: Fixed Work from Home (WFH) day.
- Sunday: Fixed day off.
Pay
- AED 12,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
