About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Female Dermatology Sales Representative** to join our team in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting dermatology and skincare products to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- ------------------------
- Promote and sell dermatology / aesthetic products to dermatologists, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in assigned territories.
Requirements
- ----------------
- Female candidates only (as per client requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in dermatology / aesthetic / skincare sales in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of dermatology products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
Preferred Qualifications
- ----------------------------
- Existing network with dermatologists and clinics in Al Ain / UAE.
- Experience with cosmeceutical or aesthetic brands.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
