Female Call Center Agent

We are currently seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to provide high-quality support in a professional environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide effective support to customers.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Possess good computer literacy and be comfortable using standard computer applications.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude, positive demeanor, and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred.
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at Sheikh Zayed Road, near Oasis Center Mall, Dubai.
• Candidates holding a valid UAE self-sponsored visa will be given preference.

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday
