Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Conduct beauty consultations and recommend treatments, packages, and retail products
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross selling
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Build long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM system
- Coordinate appointments with reception team when required
- Stay up to date with salon services, promotions, and beauty trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events
Requirements
- Previous experience in beauty sales, beauty advisory, luxury retail, or premium salon/spa environment
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
- Target oriented with proactive attitude
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate, customer focused, and sales driven Female Beauty Advisor & Sales Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
- The ideal candidate has a strong interest in beauty and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.
- As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide expert beauty consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross selling.
