Job Summary
Padel Tour Sport Academy is seeking a skilled and motivated barista and baker for its café team.
The role focuses on coffee preparation, baking, product quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Barista Duties
- Prepare espresso-based coffee and hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain the coffee machine, grinder, and other bar equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized barista station.
Baking Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products according to approved recipes.
- Follow recipes, measurements, baking temperatures, timings, and portion standards accurately.
- Prepare doughs, batters, creams, fillings, and toppings as required.
- Complete baking, finishing, decoration, and presentation of products.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency.
- Store and label bakery ingredients and finished products correctly.
- Minimize wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Develop new bakery products when requested and approved by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Good experience in coffee preparation and baking.
- Strong attention to product quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ability to follow recipes, measurements, temperatures, timings, and portion standards accurately.
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Cleaning and Hygiene
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and bakery cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
- Ensure ingredients and finished products are stored correctly.
Pay
- AED 3,500 to AED 3,700 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
