About the Role
Virtual Homes Real Estate Brokers is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent for a 100% commission-based role in Dubai. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of real estate experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid UAE driver's license.

- Actively source, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Conduct professional property viewings and present real estate opportunities to clients
- Manage the negotiation process between parties and confidently close sales and leasing deals
- Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, property values, and legal compliance
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, developers, and landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of active experience in the real estate industry
- Female candidates preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self motivated, and highly resilient
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own car is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities
