Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the executive
- Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow up actions
- Draft, format, and proofread official documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized files and records (digital and physical)
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries
- Safeguard sensitive company and personal information
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in prioritizing and following up on pending issues
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Female gender (specified by employer)

Role Overview

- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the executive, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution of meeting notes and follow up actions.
- Draft, format, and proofread official documents, reports, and presentations as directed by the executive.
- Maintain organized files and records (both digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries for the executive.
- Safeguard sensitive company and personal information related to the executive and business operations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive for smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in prioritizing and following up on pending issues, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience & Education
- Experience: 1 to 2 years. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
