- Assist clients with questions and provide correct information

- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic documents
- Manage bookings, schedules, and daily calendars
- Handle mail, deliveries, and simple office tasks
- Help with basic social media posting and replies
- Use Canva or similar tools to create simple flyers, schedules, or announcements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic math or finance skills
- Familiar with Instagram and Facebook
- Able to create simple designs using Canva or similar tools
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Sales skills, including engaging clients and promoting services
- Friendly, professional, and customer focused
- Preferably living in or near Arjan, Dubai

Job Description
- We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer focused female receptionist to join our fitness center in Arjan, Dubai.
- As the first person our clients meet, you will help create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
- The ideal candidate can manage time well, handle multiple tasks, and is comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Salary
- AED 3,500 per month
