Job Summary
The company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with accounting experience.
The role supports daily administrative, financial, and operational activities for a technical services company.
The position coordinates with management, technicians, suppliers, and clients.
Administrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day office administration and document control.
- Maintain contracts, trade licenses, insurance, staff files, and other company records.
- Prepare letters, NOCs, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage emails, phone calls, filing systems, and office schedules.
- Support attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.
Accounting and Finance Duties
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Record daily cash, cheque, and bank transfer transactions.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Support monthly financial reports and VAT documentation when applicable.
