Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retail and wholesale customers, including supermarkets, groceries, and distributors
- Visit clients to present product offerings, negotiate pricing and promotions
- Ensure product visibility and availability on shelves
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, track targets, and coordinate with internal teams on order processing and deliveries
- Support promotional campaigns and in store activations as needed
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Dubai and surrounding areas
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably within household or cleaning products, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer service within retail and wholesale channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics in the Gulf region
- Ability to plan and prioritize field visits and work independently
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM or sales tracking systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage
